We're looking for a Senior Estimator to take ownership of our clients estimating function, lead a high-performing team, and play a key role in securing and delivering major projects within a specialist manufacturing and security environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the estimating team
- Owning the tender process from enquiry through to submission
- Developing winning pricing strategies
- Managing supplier and subcontractor relationships
- Identifying commercial and technical risks
- Working closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong estimating experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication
- Previous leadership experience
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills
- Strong understanding of UK tendering and construction processes
- A proactive leader who enjoys improving processes and challenging the status quo
