We are seeking a driven, highly organised and commercially minded Technical Sales & Proposals Lead to join a fast-paced, international project environment. This is a key role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely proposal and project coordination activity.
The Technical Sales & Proposals Lead will play a central role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of technical proposals and client-facing coordination, acting as a key point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders. This role requires someone who is confident managing detail, maintaining structure across multiple live activities, and ensuring consistent communication throughout.
This position would suit someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and enjoys working in a structured but fast-moving environment where accuracy, organisation, and accountability are essential. The Technical Sales & Proposals Lead will also have the opportunity to develop within a technical environment and build strong exposure to international project delivery and client engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and support the preparation of technical sales proposals and project-related documentation
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information
- Manage multiple live proposals and project-related activities simultaneously
- Maintain clear tracking of progress, deadlines, and key deliverables
- Identify risks or gaps in information and proactively resolve or escalate where required
- Support ongoing client communication and ensure a high standard of service throughout
- Assist with reporting, documentation control, and maintaining accurate records across all activity
- Contribute to continuous improvement in proposal and delivery processes
