I'm recruiting for a growing engineering business looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join their team!
The Role: You'll be assembling, installing and testing complex mechanical systems and precision equipment.
Key duties for a Mechanical Technician include:
- Mechanical assembly and installation
- Tube bending and pipe fitting
- Working with hydraulic systems
- Reading engineering drawings
- Testing and commissioning equipment
- Fault-finding and resolving mechanical issues
What We're Looking For in a Mechanical Technician:
- Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Technician or Assembly Technician experience
- Hands-on tube bending, pipe fitting and hydraulic experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with pumps, valves or precision assemblies is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
