Working Monday to Thursday , you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of quality across the shift, working closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify issues, investigate root causes and keep manufacturing moving. The Quality Engineer Role You'll join an established Quality Assurance team within a busy industrial manufacturing environment, supporting the production operation throughout the PM shift. You'll be responsible for helping to ensure components, sub-assemblies and finished products meet the required standards, while preventing quality issues from progressing through the manufacturing process or reaching the customer. Key responsibilities, as a Quality Engineer will include: Supporting Production and Engineering with quality issues, investigations and improvement activities. Leading and supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions using 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA and Control Plans . Carrying out and reporting on product and process qualification testing. Monitoring incoming and outgoing quality and identifying opportunities for improvement. Raising and managing quality notifications and alerts.
