Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference within a manufacturing environment? We are working with a brilliant, growing manufacturing business in London that is looking to add a Manufacturing Coordinator to their Quality team following continued success and expansion.
This Manufacturing Coordinator position is all about people, problem-solving and teamwork. You will be the link between Production and Quality, helping investigate issues, support non-conformances (NCRs), troubleshoot problems and keep communication flowing across departments.
The Manufacturing Coordinator will be involved in:
- Investigating manufacturing and production issues
- Supporting NCR and corrective action processes
- Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
- Identifying root causes including supplier, process or human error
- Encouraging best practice and raising awareness across teams
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
