We are looking for a commercially astute Estimating Manager to take ownership of the estimating function within a specialist manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- As Estimating Manager, you’ll be responsible for far more than just pricing:
- Lead and develop the estimating team, setting standards, priorities, and best practices
- Own the estimating process from bid review through to final submission
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure alignment from bid to delivery
- Oversee supplier and subcontractor pricing, negotiations, and benchmarking
- Identify and manage commercial and technical risk, including compliance with industry standards
