- Ensure kit contents are complete, correctly labelled, and fully compliant with work order specifications
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure kits, parts, and materials arrive on time and in full
- Follow work instructions and processes with absolute accuracy and consistency
- Support inventory accuracy through the MRP system, ensuring stock movements are recorded correctly
- Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory control activities as required
- Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged materials, or potential risks immediately
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and material traceability within the stores area
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities that enhance kitting efficiency and accuracy
