We are working with a specialist engineering organisation operating within the defence and advanced engineering sector, supporting the development of highly technical products and systems. They are looking for an Electrical Lead Engineer to join their engineering team and provide technical leadership across a team of engineers and technicians.
The Opportunity
You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical direction, mentoring and support while remaining involved in the design and development of new products. You will work closely with other engineering disciplines, project teams, customers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys combining technical delivery, problem solving and people leadership.
