Are you an experienced Operations Manager or Head of Operations with a background in manufacturing and project delivery?
We’re working with a successful and growing business in Battle who are looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of their operational function and help drive continued growth.
Key Responsibilities as the Head of Operations:
- Lead multiple operational teams across the business
- Take ownership of OTIF delivery
- Manage project Gross Profit and margins
- Identify and reduce operational costs
- Oversee purchasing, manufacturing and stock
- Ensure quality and production standards are maintained
- Champion Health & Safety compliance
- Coordinate teams to meet project deadlines
- Act as the escalation point for complex project issues
- Maintain accurate invoicing forecasts
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
About You, as the Head of Operations:
We’re looking for someone with:
- A background in Manufacturing
- Previous senior management experience
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Experience working with operational KPIs
