Location: Melton Mowbray Rate: £22 per hour – Outside IR35 (Ltd Company) Duration: 3–6 Months Shift: Days ReeVR Talent are currently recruiting for experienced Composite Laminators to join an established composites manufacturer based in Melton Mowbray. We have a minimum of five contract opportunities available for skilled laminators with a strong background in pre-preg carbon fibre, ideally gained within the automotive, motorsport or high-performance manufacturing sectors. This is a great opportunity to work on specialist composite components within a busy production environment, with an initial contract of 3–6 months. The Role:
Carrying out pre-preg carbon fibre laminating to high-quality standards.
Working with composite materials and moulds to produce precision components.
Following technical drawings, layup instructions and manufacturing specifications.
Maintaining excellent standards of quality and attention to detail.
Working to production deadlines while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in composite laminating.
Strong pre-preg carbon fibre experience.
Previous automotive, motorsport or high-performance composites experience preferred.
Confident working from technical drawings and layup specifications.
Able to work to production targets and maintain high standards of workmanship.
