IPC Technician – Precision Assembly
Location: Havant, Hampshire
Hours: 37.25 hours per week over 4.5 days (with the last Friday of every month off)
We are a specialist recruitment agency currently seeking experienced IPC Technicians on behalf of our client, a growing and innovative business working on high-reliability electronic assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals looking to apply their technical expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic hardware to IPC standards, including PCA, module builds, and harness assemblies.

Work from detailed build instructions and technical drawings.

Manufacture cable assemblies, test jigs and test boxes in-house.

Maintain high quality and safety standards in line with company procedures.

Take responsibility for the consistency and accuracy of your own work.
What We’re Looking For:

IPC certification is essential.

Previous experience in assembly, production or manufacturing roles.

Strong skills in soldering, wiring and general electronics assembly.

Solid communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
