This is a fully office-based role — no on-site work! We’re looking for an organised Installation Co-ordinator to keep installation projects on track. You’ll schedule surveys, deliveries, and installations, liaise with customers and teams, and keep planning boards and systems up to date.

What You’ll Do
- Schedule installation dates with teams and customers
- Book site surveys with customers and surveyors
- Keep planning boards and systems up to date
- Organise deliveries with production
- Prepare basic risk assessments and method statements
- Track training and site clearance records
- Arrange meetings and check-ins as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Excel, Outlook, and MS Office skills
- Experience with ERP or business systems (e.g. Sage)
- Excellent communication skills — phone and in person
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Requirements:
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel & Outlook)

- Security clearance checks (BPSS or DBS or SC) — please note that the company will fund these checks for you, but you need to ensure that you have no unspent criminal convictions and have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship etc.
