Quality & Compliance Officer position, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to shape processes, influence best practice and become the go-to expert for quality and product compliance across the business.
Working within a highly innovative engineering and manufacturing environment, this is a role where quality isn't a box-ticking exercise—it's fundamental to delivering products trusted by customers across the globe.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll become the driving force behind quality and compliance, ensuring products continue to meet international standards while supporting innovation every step of the way.
Day to day, you'll
- Keep ahead of changing legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Manage compliance documentation, technical files and audit-ready records.
- Review new products, materials and engineering changes from a compliance perspective.
- Work closely with suppliers to obtain declarations and technical information.
- Support ISO 9001 audits, quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with teams across Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Operations and Sales to embed quality into everything they do.
- What They're Looking For
You’ll already have experience in quality, compliance, regulatory affairs exclusively within manufacturing or engineering.
- Comfortable interpreting technical information and translating it into practical business actions.
- A natural problem-solver with a methodical approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Confident building relationships with suppliers and colleagues across multiple departments.
- Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and high standards.
- Driven by continuous improvement and committed to delivering quality in everything they do.
