ReeVR Talent are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our client’s dynamic, forward thinking production team. If you have a strong background in CNC setting/operating, enjoy producing high-quality precision components, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate and maintain CNC and manual lathe machines.
  • Read engineering drawings.
  • Carry out first-off and final inspections to ensure parts meet specification.
  • Operate multiple machines efficiently to meet production deadlines.
  • Deburr and clean finished components ready for assembly.
  • Rework or modify production parts when needed.
  • Ensure all programmes are backed up daily.
  • Keep work areas clean, organised and safe.
  • Label tools and jigs correctly for easy identification.
  • Suggest continuous improvement ideas to support lean manufacturing.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality products on time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in CNC setting and operating.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Good computer and communication skills.
