ReeVR Talent are looking to recruit a Fabricator to join our client’s high-precision Manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Fabricator with strong precision metalworking experience to secure a long-term role within a well-established and growing business working with high-performance materials.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Fabricator

  • Fabricating high-quality components
  • Working to fine tolerances with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, data cards, and written instructions
  • Maintaining Operator Verification approval and adhering to aerospace standards
  • Keeping a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Supporting continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and processes

What We’re Looking for in a Fabricator

  • Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on fabrication experience
  • Skilled in hand fabrication and precision metalwork
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently to fine tolerances
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using PC-based tools for production and documentation
