Our client, 3P Innovation, is a leading engineering business specialising in the design and manufacture of automated machinery for the pharmaceutical, medical device and FMCG industries. Based in Warwick, 3P Innovation develops innovative automation solutions for some of the worlds leading companies, delivering high-quality, technically advanced machinery. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Controls Technician to join their Controls team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a passion for automation who enjoys working with structured systems, machine platforms and continuous improvement. The Role As a Controls Technician, you will be responsible for the configuration, commissioning and testing of control systems across a range of standardised machine platforms. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to ensure machines are delivered to a high standard, while supporting improvements to processes and documentation. Key responsibilities include: Configuring, installing, commissioning and testing control systems for automated machinery. Working with PLCs, HMIs, servo motors and motion control systems. Supporting machine testing and ensuring systems perform to specification. Collaborating with engineers across mechanical, electrical and software disciplines. Working closely with Product Owners and Software Leads to improve machine platforms and processes. Completing machine documentation including: Test records System configuration records O
