Entry Level Business Development Executive to join their friendly and supportive team in Hastings.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential customers across a variety of channels.
Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams, you'll help build a strong pipeline of opportunities while supporting external Business Development Representatives.
This is a fast-paced, phone-led role that would suit someone who is confident, motivated and enjoys achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Executive
- Proactively identify and contact prospective customers via phone, email and Linked In.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, specifiers and key stakeholders.
- Book meetings and CPD presentations for the external Business Development team.
- Coordinate training sessions, product reviews and client meetings.
- Follow up marketing-generated leads and event attendees.
- Manage diaries and appointments for Business Development Representatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
- Track performance against KPIs including outbound activity and meetings booked.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities.
