What Youll Be Doing

As Estimating Manager, youll be responsible for far more than just pricing:

• Lead and develop the estimating team, setting standards, priorities, and best practices

• Own the estimating process from bid review through to final submission

• Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure alignment from bid to delivery

• Oversee supplier and subcontractor pricing, negotiations, and benchmarking

• Identify and manage commercial and technical risk, including compliance with industry standard

Who Were Looking For

• Hasstrong experience in estimatingwithin the building, construction, or fabricationsector

• Is confidentleading or mentoringothers and taking ownership of outcomes

• Understands UKbuilding/construction regulationsand tendering processes inside out

• Is highly analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable making decisions

• Can communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
