As demand continues to grow, they are seeking a Service Engineer to join their Customer Operations team and support customers across London, the South East and the East of England.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience servicing domestic heating products who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role of the Service Engineer
- Servicing, maintaining and diagnosing faults on innovative heating systems installed in customers' homes.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults on domestic heating systems.
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, breakdown repairs and warranty work.
- Replacing electrical and electronic components, including control wiring and circuit boards.
- Conducting product upgrade campaigns and implementing design revisions in the field.
- Providing remote technical support to installation and service partners.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Providing valuable feedback to engineering and product teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travelling extensively across London, the South East and the East of England.
About You as a Service Engineer
- At least 3 years' experience in a Service Engineer position.
- Experience servicing domestic heating products such as boilers, heat pumps, solar thermal systems or similar technologies.
- Confidence working with electrical and electronic components.
- Experience understanding control wiring and heating system controls.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
Full product training will be provided, supported by an experienced technical support team.
