We’re looking for an experienced QHSE Engineer / Manager to take ownership of an established management system and drive continued improvement across Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be ticking boxes.
You’ll have the autonomy to maintain, challenge and improve the way QHSE operates across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Managing the established ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Integrated Business Management System
- Planning and delivering internal audits
- Supporting external accreditation audits
- Developing and improving processes, procedures and work instructions
- Monitoring and analysing QHSE KPIs
- Supporting Management Review Meetings
- Managing internal and supplier non-conformances
- Analysing customer satisfaction and complaints
- Liaising with customers and suppliers on QHSE compliance
- Supporting facilities and maintenance activities
- Identifying opportunities for continual improvement
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be an experienced Quality / QHSE professional who can hit the ground running.
You’ll need:
- 3 years’ Quality leadership experience
- Strong QMS experience
- Proven internal auditing experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Strong understanding of compliance, regulations and legislation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organisational ability
