We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join a high-growth manufacturing business with annual revenues of over 100M. The company has scaled rapidly over the past 7 years – growing from 15 to 120 people – and is now part of a global organisation.As Plant Manager, you will take full ownership of operations at their flagship UK facility in Reading, leading production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
