We are seeking a Head of Operations to take ownership of a complex, fast-growing manufacturing environment and shape it into a high-performing, scalable, and future-ready operation. This is not a role for maintaining the status quo. You will architect, optimise, and scale operations, creating structure from growth and embedding the systems, processes, and culture required for sustained performance.
Operating at the heart of an expanding scientific instrument business, you will lead a site experiencing rapid evolution from new product introduction through to operational scale-up and capability build. You will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation is not only ready for today's demand, but engineered for tomorrow's growth.
