Lead Project Manager

• Commands credibility because you understand the engineering, not just the plan

What you will take responsibility for:

• Leading the full programme lifecycle, from early concept shaping through to integration and final system delivery
• Establishing and maintaining programme schedules, budgets, and forecasts across multiple organisations
• Creating delivery structures that unlock pace, alignment, and consistent execution
• Setting the standard for quality, risk management, and technical robustness
• Acting as the primary strategic partner for senior stakeholders on complex, high-value programmes
