We are recruiting for an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Electromechanical Assembler with experience in mechanical and electronic assembly to work within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products, tanks, chassis, panels and associated assemblies to engineering specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials and assembly instructions.
  • Raise purchase requisitions and support parts management activities.
  • Check incoming goods for accuracy, quantity and version control.
  • Operate ERP systems to manage manufacturing orders and production documentation.
  • Support spare parts orders, tooling setup and production equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Electromechanical Assembler or similar manufacturing/engineering role.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working to production deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
  • Computer literate, with barcode scanning experience desirable.
  • Root cause analysis experience.
  • Experience within electronics, electromechanical assembly.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
