We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our client on an initial 2-month contract with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in finance administration who enjoys supporting a busy finance team and is happy working across a range of transactional finance duties.
Key Responsibilities for the Finance Administrator:
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices
- Supporting Accounts Receivable activities
- Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
- Assisting with general finance administration
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks
The selected Finance Administrator will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience within a finance administration or accounts support role
- Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
