ReeVR Talent are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our client’s industry leading manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly skilled team, working within a quality focused environment where precision, continuous improvement and engineering excellence are at the heart of everything they do.
You'll play a key role in ensuring products meet rigorous quality and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
As a Quality Inspector, you will:
- Monitor, test and inspect products to ensure they meet specified quality standards, are free from defects and perform as designed.
- Carry out inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.
- Create and maintain quality documentation.
- Support continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with quality engineering processes and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Experience of the Quality Inspector:
- Previous experience in a Quality Inspection role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles, inspection techniques and regulatory requirements.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem solving with experience in Root Cause Analysis.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with experience producing quality documentation and reports.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and database management systems.
- A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering quality excellence.
