What you'll be doing:- Own and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints and NCRs using 8D and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain PFMEAs, PPAPs and Control Plans.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production and Suppliers to improve quality and reduce defects.
- Carry out internal and supplier audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

What we're looking for:- Experience in a Quality Engineering position within a mechanical manufacturing environment.
- HNC (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience producing and maintaining PFMEAs, PPAPs and Control Plans.
- Practical experience using 8D, Six Sigma or other structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience of supplier quality management and internal auditing.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with customers, suppliers and colleagues at every level.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
