We are on the lookout for a Senior Quality Technician who thrives on solving problems, spotting the details others miss and making a real difference every day. In this hands-on role, you will be at the heart of our quality team investigating issues, supporting production, maintaining the highest standards and helping to ensure we deliver quality our customers can rely on.
Whether you are looking for part-time hours with flexibility around the days you work, or you would prefer full-time hours, we are happy to consider the working pattern that suits you.
What you will receive:
- Up to 18.15 per hour (depending on experience)
- Work your way - choose 30 hours per week with flexibility around the days you work, or opt for full-time hours if that suits you better.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata), including Christmas shutdown
- Company pension (5% employee / 3% employer contributions)
- Free on-site parking
What you will be doing:
- Investigate product and process non-conformities
- Support Root Cause Analysis and support effective corrective and preventive actions
- Analyse quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support with internal and external audits
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Customer Service to resolve quality issues
