Are you a super-organised Sales Administrator with experience supporting technical or engineering teams? If you’re confident working with quotations, technical drawings, and coordinating across departments – we want to hear from you!
Join a leading engineering manufacturer where your role will sit at the heart of the action – supporting quotations, liaising with sales and production teams, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do as the Sales Administrator:
- Support the Sales and Engineering teams with customer quotations and costings
- Liaise with Procurement and Production teams to gather accurate information for bespoke projects
- Use ERP systems to manage BOMs (Bill on Materials), routings, and customer orders
- Assist with engineering change processes and ensure systems are updated accurately
- Be involved in weekly quality reviews and continuous improvement activities
We’re Looking For In The Appointed Sales Administrator:
- A Sales Administrator or Coordinator with experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Someone confident interpreting technical drawings and handling complex customer enquiries
- Strong Excel/Outlook skills and comfortable using ERP/MRP systems
