Due to continued expansion, were about to move into a brand-new office, setting the foundation to grow to 20+ heads over the next 1824 months. Were now entering our next phase of growth and this role is central to that. We\’re looking for an experienced recruiter or contractsales professional to drive our contract and temporary hiring division across the South East, specifically focused on placing STEMtalentinto engineering and manufacturing businesses. This market holds serious potential, we want someone whos ready to move fast and make an immediate impact. Working alongside our leadership team who are all extremely well versed in delivering contract recruitment solutions into this space. As Regional ContractSales Manager Manufacturing & Engineering, youll be the driving force behind our expansion into the South Easts high-demand temp/contract market. This is a commercially focused, business-winning role, perfect for someone with a background in industrial, technical or high-volume temporary recruitment, looking to step into the STEM space. Youll work closely with our Directors and delivery team to scale revenue and client relationships, executing theReeVRway, focused on service excellence, data-led insights and long-term partnerships.
