We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic engineering teams across our Portsmouth site. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the engineering strategy, overseeing development programmes, and ensuring high-quality execution throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities for the Electronics Engineering Manager: Lead and develop the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company growth targets and technological strategy. Manage the full lifecycle of customer and internal development programmes from concept to production. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects, with a strong focus on quality and compliance (AS9100, MIL Std, etc.).
