We are looking for a Production Administrator to play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of production, supporting teams on the shop floor, management, and suppliers by ensuring information, materials, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and flowing efficiently. The Working Environment
You will be office-based within a busy operational setting, working closely with the Production Manager and supporting wider site teams. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, communication, and efficiency really matter.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing orders and preparing job packs and production paperwork
- Updating Bills of Materials and maintaining accurate production records
- Supporting production scheduling and monitoring material availability
- Raising purchase orders to ensure smooth supply of materials
- Recording production data and maintaining accuracy across systems
- Assisting with reporting for management and operational teams
- Acting as a central point of contact between production, warehouse, procurement, and external parties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear communicator who works well with different teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities
