The Role:

This is a hands-on position supporting production processes directly on the shop floor. You will be responsible for developing and documenting new processes for rubber moulded components and related assembly operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing processes for injection, compression, and transfer moulding
  • Supporting rubber testing and analysis with internal lab resources
  • Involvement in rubber-to-substrate bonding and tooling optimisation
  • Analysing moulding parameters to resolve production issues
  • Delivering training and process handovers to machine operators
  • Collaborating with CAD and tooling teams on design and implementation
