We’re recruiting for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join a highly technical engineering business in Diss, working on innovative electronic systems for demanding, performance-focused applications. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on design, problem solving and taking products from concept through to testing and production.

The Role

  • Designing and developing electronic hardware and systems
  • Schematic capture and PCB layout
  • Sensor integration and development
  • Analogue and digital circuit design
  • RF and wireless technologies
  • CAN/CAN FD systems
  • Prototyping, testing and validation
  • Fault finding and root-cause analysis
  • Supporting products through to manufacture
  • Working closely with software, systems and manufacturing teams

About You

  • Experience in automotive, motorsport or a similar high-performance environment
  • A BEng in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong circuit design and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with PCB design and development
  • Knowledge of sensors, RF, EMC/EMI and CAN/CAN FD
  • A hands-on approach to engineering and problem solving
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills

Experience with embedded software, circuit simulation, advanced PCB technologies or data acquisition would be a bonus.
