We're recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in account management or sales within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer orders and enquiries
- Assist with quotations, margin checks, and commercial administration
- Help coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI), including part creation and BOM management
- Monitor order progress and provide updates to internal teams and customers
- Assist with RMA processing and customer service follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Keen to learn and develop towards an Account Manager or Business Development role
- Willingness to work on-site and occasionally travel to customers or other company sites
