Working closely with department managers and senior leadership, you’ll take responsibility for overall operational performance, coordinating production, quality, engineering and supply chain to deliver customer commitments, maintain compliance and support business growth. The Role Operational Leadership: Set priorities across departments, ensuring teams work collaboratively and managers are accountable for performance and delivery. Business Performance: Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement and ensure operational plans support wider commercial and financial objectives. Quality & Compliance: Oversee management systems, audit readiness, certification requirements and operational risk.
