ReeVR Talent are recruiting for Trainee Production Operative to join our clients fast paced manufacturing business to support the growing demand within the production team.

This is a hands-on role for a Trainee Production Operative involving:

  • Moulding and shaping components
  • Preparing and curing materials
  • Trimming and finishing products
  • Using tools, moulds, and production equipment

Full training is provided, so no previous industry experience is required.

Training Period:

  • 4-week training academy Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

After Training (Weekly Rotating Shifts):

  • Early: Monday to Friday, 5:45am – 1:45pm
  • Late: Monday to Thursday, 1:45pm – 10:15pm
  • Friday: 1:45pm – 7:00pm

We are looking for multiple Trainee Production Operatives with:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Practical or hands-on background/interests

Suitable backgrounds may include:

  • Warehouse or assembly
  • Manufacturing or construction
  • Mechanics or workshop environments
  • Engineering qualifications or hands-on hobbies
