Location: Near to Camden Town, London
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive administrator to support a busy manufacturing environment. This role will see you working across departments to ensure smooth procurement, planning, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities for the appointed Purchasing Administrator:- Assist with procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Support demand and supply planning to maintain optimal stock levels
- Provide administrative and operational support to finance, including invoice processing and reporting
- Maintain accurate records for procurement, inventory, and supplier data
- Generate routine reports and support audits as required
- Act as a point of contact for internal departments regarding procurement, planning, and finance queries
- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance administration
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
