A growing engineering business within the water treatment sector is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join its expanding UK service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Field Service Engineer who enjoys fault-finding, customer interaction and working across varied sites.

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, installation and commissioning of specialist water treatment systems across customer sites. A Field Service Engineer in this role will work on equipment including:
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
- UV disinfection systems
- Water softeners
- Filtration equipment
- Chemical dosing systems
- Chlorine dioxide systems
The Field Service Engineer will be based from home, travelling directly to customer sites across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs, commissioning and installation work.
- Diagnose faults and complete effective troubleshooting.
- Complete site reports and technical documentation.
- Support installation projects and customer technical queries.
- Represent the business professionally on-site.
- Work independently whilst being supported by an experienced engineering team.
Candidate Requirements
We are keen to speak with any experienced or aspiring Field Service Engineer, particularly from:
- Water treatment or water hygiene (L8)
- Commercial plumbing or pipe fitting
- Electro-mechanical service engineering
- Pumps, dosing systems or utilities
- Boiler servicing or similar technical field roles
