We’re looking for a commercially astute Estimating Manager to take ownership of the estimating function within a specialist manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop the estimating team, setting standards, priorities, and best practices
- Own the estimating process from bid review through to final submission
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure alignment from bid to delivery
- Oversee supplier and subcontractor pricing, negotiations, and benchmarking
- Identify and manage commercial and technical risk, including compliance with industry standard

- You’ll likely be someone who has strong experience in estimating within the building, construction, or fabrication sector
- Is confident leading or mentoring others and taking ownership of outcomes
- Understands UK building/construction regulations and tendering processes inside out
