The Role
As Account Manager, you\’ll take ownership of key customer accounts, ensuring first‑class communication, timely delivery, and excellent service throughout the order process. You\’ll coordinate with internal teams in purchasing, production, engineering, and quality to ensure everything runs smoothly — from order placement to final shipment.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role that plays a vital part in driving commercial success and maintaining long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers, representing their voice within the business.
- Manage customer schedules, provide updates, and resolve any issues quickly.
- Oversee orders end‑to‑end, coordinating across internal departments.
- Prepare and present data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Monitor commercial performance, costs, and materials.
- Support new business opportunities and contribute to process improvements.
About You
You’ll be an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building strong relationships and managing complex projects with precision.
You\’ll need
- Experience managing customer accounts within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Confidence using MRP systems and handling order data.
- A background in electronics or technical manufacturing (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
