We are looking for a PCB Assembler / Soldering Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for intricate products to IPC and ESA standards, including PCA, module builds, and harness work. You\’ll be working with assembly instructions and drawings, assembling in-house cable assemblies, and testing jigs/boxes.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an electronics assembly, manufacturing, or production environment
Knowledge of soldering and wiring practices
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability to work effectively in a team and support others
ESA or IPC certification is preferred (training will be provided)
