Are you an experienced Group Quality Manager looking to step away from full-time hours — without stepping back from impact? This unique part-time opportunity gives you the chance to own and lead the quality agenda across two dynamic SME businesses, part of a respected group, based in Hampshire and Berkshire. What You’ll Be Doing as their Group Quality Manager: •Managing and maintaining internal audit schedules •Investigating and closing out non-conformities •Preparing for external audits and acting as the key quality contact •Maintaining supplier records and compliance documentation •Championing best practices across both sites The systems are ISO 9001 certified, with some processes aligned to AS9100 standards. What We’re Looking For: •A seasoned Quality management or Senior Quality engineering professional — ideally someone seeking a reduced-hours role •Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments •Strong understanding of ISO 9001, internal auditing, and supplier management •Comfortable working autonomously and flexibly between two locations •Based within reasonable distance of both Hampshire and Berkshire (Farnborough/Hampshire corridor ideal) What’s on Offer for the Group Quality Manager: Please be aware that the salary stated is pro-rata for part time hours of between 25-30 hours per week approximately. •3 days a week – 1 day in the Hampshire site, 1 in their Berkshire site, 1 from home•Long-term permanent role with real autonomy •A great fit for someone looking for work-life balance while still making a difference •Well-established teams, open to ideas and supportive of change Sound like you?
