Project ManagerSalary: £50k - £55k Location: 5 days onsite in Windsor, Berkshire Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in engineering or manufacturing? We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative engineering business that delivers complex projects across the automotive, motorsport, aerospace and defence sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to manage high-value engineering projects from concept through to delivery, working alongside design, manufacturing and production teams. What you'll be doing Managing engineering and manufacturing projects from start to finish. Creating and maintaining project plans and schedules. Managing project risks, budgets and change control. Working closely with engineering, production and commercial teams. Liaising directly with customers and key stakeholders. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.What we're looking for Previous Project Management experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Experience in automotive, aerospace, defence, motorsport or similar industries. Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Process Engineering background. Strong stakeholder and customer management skills. Experience using Smartsheet, MS Project or similar project management software. Knowledge of project planning, risk management and change control. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams. DFMEA/PFMEA experience is advantageous.What's on offer Salary up to £55,000 Challenging technical projects.
