What You’ll Be Doing

  • As Estimating Manager, you’ll be responsible for far more than just pricing:
  • Lead and develop the estimating team, setting standards, priorities, and best practices
  • Own the estimating process from bid review through to final submission
  • Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure alignment from bid to delivery
  • Oversee supplier and subcontractor pricing, negotiations, and benchmarking
  • Identify and manage commercial and technical risk, including compliance with industry standards
