We’re on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join a growing Assembly Team in Havant. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building flight hardware to IPC standards (PCA, module builds, harness work).
- Assembling in-house cable assemblies and test jigs/boxes.
- Working from build instructions and drawings in a cleanroom environment.
- Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver high-quality work that makes a difference.
What We’re Looking For:
- In-date IPC certification – essential!
- Strong soldering and wiring skills.
- A practical, hands-on mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in a cleanroom, assembly, or production environment.
- Solid communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work under pressure using good old common sense!
Working Hours:
37.25 hours per week, Monday–Friday (half day Friday!)
