We're looking for a Customer Account Manager to become a key part of a highly successful engineering business, where you'll take ownership of customer projects from quotation through to delivery. Working closely with production, purchasing and technical teams, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects moving, overcoming challenges and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing:- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
- Acting as the first point of contact for all sales-related enquiries
- Managing quotations, lead times and delivery schedules
- Maintaining customer order books and providing regular updates
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers
- Previous Account Management experience in either an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail
