  • Lead and support root cause investigations and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA and Control Plans.
  • Create, execute, review and report on product and process qualification testing.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing quality and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Review and approve small process deviations and product concessions, ensuring these are appropriately documented.
  • Review verification and validation activities for existing and new processes.

  • Experience using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plans and Ishikawa/root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Production, Engineering, Sales, customers and suppliers.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to identify issues, investigate root causes and drive improvements through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join a quality-focused manufacturing environment and have genuine influence over quality, manufacturing processes, compliance and continuous improvement.
