Are you an experienced Operations Manager or Head of Operations with a background in manufacturing and project delivery? We’re working with a successful and growing business in Battle who are looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of their operational function and help drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities as the Head of Operations:

  • Lead multiple operational teams across the business
  • Take ownership of OTIF delivery
  • Manage project Gross Profit and margins
  • Identify and reduce operational costs
