Overview
This is a great opportunity to support two internal teams within Reevoo; the account management team and our shopping business unit. The primary purpose of this role is to nurture our existing SME customers ensuring the closure of renewals, and assist our Shopping Team meet their monthly sales commission targets thus, directly contributing to the long-term growth and stability of the Reevoo business in this sector.
Responsibilities
- The Account Executive will be primarily responsible for retaining the existing revenue and ensuring we deliver on our SLA\’s to our SME customers.
- The Account Executive will work closely with our Account Management Team, Solution Delivery teams and Support to achieve the company\’s objectives and goals for each account.
- Provide customers with a range of dynamic solutions which will deliver high-impact business value through an extraordinary customer experience.
- In addition, this role will support the Shopping Team with publishing products to the Shopping Site, ensuring that our Google Shopping feeds run correctly, and supporting the Digital Marketing Executive with a number of other shopping-related activities.
